CONTROL DEVICE FOR CONSTANT-MESH TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a constant-mesh transmission capable of suppressing unintended shifting due to a reverse flow of hydraulic oil. SOLUTION: The control device for the constant-mesh transmission is equipped with a shift actuator 14 driven based on supply and discharge of the hydraulic oil to oil chambers 15 and 16, and a solenoid valve 13 (hydraulic control means) for controlling supply and discharge of the hydraulic oil to the oil chamber 15. Shifting is performed based on drive of the shift actuator 14. A hydraulic circuit 20 for supplying the hydraulic oil to the shift actuator 14 is equipped with a check valve 22 for regulating the reverse flow of the hydraulic oil in an oil passage in which the hydraulic oil discharged from the solenoid valve 13 when the hydraulic oil is discharged from the oil chamber 15 is distributed.
