PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that since a conventional geometry system uses a tongue-and-groove type engaging means, a binding strength of the structure in the geometry structure system is weak, and the kind of shape, size and variation of structural complexity are limited. SOLUTION: The geometry structure system includes a plurality of structural parts 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120 of a polygon shape. Each of the structure parts includes a plurality of side faces 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 121 and a plurality of screw holes 3. Each of the screw holes 3 extends in the radial direction in relation to each one side face of the side faces and in the inward direction from each one side face of the side faces.
