PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner unit mounting structure capable of easily performing the mounting work of an air-conditioner unit and the connection work of a wiring connector, and enhancing the assembly work efficiency. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of an air-conditioner unit 1, the air-conditioner unit 1 comprising an air fan 2, a control component 25, an evaporator 3, a cooler piping 31, a cooler air feed port 32, a heater core 4, a heater piping 41, a heater air feed port 42 and a mounting unit 5 is mounted on a rear portion of a main body 8 of a vehicle. Wiring connectors 251A, 251B for wiring an electronic control device are arranged on the control component 25. The mounting unit 5, and the wiring connectors 251A, 251B are arranged in an external-vehicle operable area 801 in which a worker can perform the operation without mounting inside a main body 8 from a rear opening part 81 in the main body 8.
