PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird hazard preventive film and a garbage bag, of which content can be visually confirmed by people and prevented from being scattered by crows without covering with a net as a physical measure. SOLUTION: This bird hazard preventive film has the total ray transmittance of 35% or more, haze of 25% or more, the reflection peak of 20% or more in a wave length band of 400-500 nm, and the mean ray transmittance of 40% or less in a wave length band of 550-700 nm. The garbage bag is formed from this bird hazard preventive film in a part of 30% or more of the whole surface area thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
