PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diaper underpants for a pet, safely wearable without giving uncomfortable feeling to the pet, such as a pet dog. SOLUTION: The diaper underpants are provided with an underpants body 2 attached to the rear body of a pet and a suspender 50 attached to the pants body. The pants body has a back-side cover 10, a belly-side cover 20 and a groin cover 30, and the suspender has a neck-hooking part 51, a back-side part 52 and a belly-side part 53. The neck-hooking part 51 has a neck-insertion hole 51c formed by sewing, and an end 53a of the belly-side part is connected to a side of the neck-hooking part by sewing 62.
