<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switching circuit in which the attenuation of input signal is low and impact of charge/discharge of a capacitive component incident to switching operation can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductor switch circuit, impact of charge/discharge of coupling capacitors 5 and 6 incident to switching operation can be reduced, by applying a bias intermittently to a switching control circuit 8 performing switching operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
