The bag has a front and back, connected side and floor parts and an opening in the upper range (with an expandable belt), and which can be designed as a bicycle bag. A lift-up lid (1) is attached at the back and at a height of the horizontal center axis (6) of the bag that is tiltable into both directions upward and downward. In a closed condition a hook rail construction (9) is provided for mounting at a spatially covered two-wheeler.
