<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label noncontact-type data carrier device wherein side faces (end faces) will not be sticky, even when they have a plurality of adhesive layers, and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In a printed sheet 10 configuring label surface of this label-shaped noncontact-type data carrier device 1, edge parts thereof are formed large, such that the edge parts cover a magnetic sheet 30 and a noncontact-type data carrier inlet 20 over respective edge parts of the magnetic sheet 30 and the noncontact-type data carrier inlet 20.
