<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag that will not destruct, even if it is overheated in a microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: In this RFID tag 200, an IC chip 200 has a structure, wherein the IC chip 200 is embedded in a heat-absorbing material so as to prevent destruction by heating in the microwave oven. An antenna 220 has shape, wherein a part is thinned and is broken by heat of the antenna 220 itself, even if high heat is generated by resonance by electromagnetic waves generated by the microwave oven, so that the heat will not be conduct to the IC chip 210. The antenna 220 is inserted with a low-pass filter 230 for shutting off the electromagnetic wave of 2.45 GHz and the resonance by the electromagnetic waves generated by the microwave oven is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
