<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage output device capable of outputting a high voltage of pulsating flow for ion generation, without having to use a transformer. <P>SOLUTION: The high-voltage output device is equipped with an AC voltage generation circuit 1 generating AC voltage from a DC power supply voltage V1, a voltage booster circuit 2 boosting voltage by sequentially rectifying the AC voltage over a plurality of steps, and a voltage-adding circuit 3, having a high voltage of pulsating flow made to be outputted from the voltage booster circuit 2, by intermittently impressing a predetermined voltage (V1) for pulsating flow to any voltage output point of the voltage booster circuit 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
