<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure comfortability as a refrigerator and improve reliability as an inverter device, even if an excessive DC voltage occurs due to instantaneous blackout of a power source or load fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator is provided with an active converter 225, a smoothing capacitor 270 connected to an output thereof, and an inverter 221. The inverter device is provided with a power source current detecting circuit 236 for detecting a power source current, a DC current detecting circuit 223 for detecting a DC current to be applied to the inverter 221, a DC voltage detecting circuit 238 for detecting a DC voltage generated in the active converter 225, and a microcomputer 231 for outputting a switching command to the active converter 225 and the inverter 221 to control them. In the device, when the DC voltage detected by the DC voltage detecting circuit 238 is overvoltage, a switching command output to the inverter 221 is continued, and switching command output to the active converter 225 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
