PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a remote control device which interrupts and cancels the interruption of operation energy supply to a device based on a control signal from outside, or detection information from a detection means attached to the device. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a communication means which carries out communication with an external device; the detection means which detects a condition of the device; a memory means which memorizes an allowed value of a state change of the device; an interruption means which places in a supply route of operation energy of the device, and carries out interruption and interruption release of the operation energy supply; and a control means which while controls interruption and release by the interruption means according to the control signal from external received through the communication means, controls interruption and interruption release by the interruption means according to a comparison result of a result of state detection of the device by the detection means and the allowed value of the memory means.
