PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that even when there is illegal access to a proximity communication element carried by a user him/her, it is difficult for the user himself/herself to notice the above illegal access and countermeasures are required. SOLUTION: A mobile information terminal (100) including a proximity communication element (60) is equipped with: a recording means (11) for recording operation information representing operation history of the proximity communication terminal in a memory (20) of the userís own terminal; a discrimination means (12) for discriminating presence/absence of illegal access to the proximity communication element on the basis of the operation information and recording a result of the decision while relating the result to the above operation history; a warning means (13) for notifying the presence of illegal access; and a learning means (14) for generating a reference value of the decision regarding illegal access on the basis of operation information recorded during a predetermined period of time.
