<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make no mistake in identifying a lighting head even when the lighting head is installed at a place remote from a power supply device, and to keep a quantity of light constant by accurately controlling the drive current of a light emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current element 9 which outputs an identification current with a prescribed current value set in advance in accordance with a rated current is used as the identification element of the lighting head H<SB>1</SB>, and the constant current element 9 is interposed in an identification circuit 10 formed branched from a lighting circuit 7.
