A system and a method for operating a VR model house are provided to maximize reality by simulating changing layout of objects in VR while obtaining additional information for the object. An image managing module(100) manages a basic library corresponding to an interior object and an ID code library. A mobile terminal(500) provides the additional information by recognizing the object provided from the image managing module, and controls operation and power-off by including a portable power supply part, a battery charger, and a switch. A wired/wireless signal processing module(200) communicates with the mobile terminal in two-way. A code data processing module(300) integrates an ID code with the object. A visual simulating module(400) displays the object to a 3D image device and gives motion to the object according to manipulation of the mobile terminal. The visual simulating module includes an API(Application Program Interface), a 3D viewer, an automatic player, and an object attribute editor. |
