PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep drawing heat-shrinkable multilayered film having high transparency, high strength and high gas barrier properties under a high humidity condition and having the tight fitness with content due to shrinkage and excellent deep drawing properties. SOLUTION: The deep drawing heat-shrinkable multilayered film is constituted by laminating a resin layer comprising a first thermoplastic resin (b) at least on one side of an intermediate layer comprising a glycolic acid (co)polymer (a) and is characterized in that the hot water shrinkage factors in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the film at 90°C are respectively within a range of 3-35%.
