A horizontal mass damper system of a post structure is provided to increase the period of usage by keeping a post structure safely and strongly against vibration and impact and to use various electric/electronic equipment such as a streetlight, a signal lamp, a traffic sign board, etc. The horizontal mass damper system of a post structure comprises a post structure supporting a streetlight, a signal lamp, a traffic sign board, etc., and a horizontal mass damper inserted to the inside of the post structure to prevent the post structure from shaking against a wind or vibration and provided with a case(3) manufactured in the shape of a cylinder having the same gradient as the post structure to be fixed on the wanted location, a concentrated mass(5) manufactured with a steel ingot or lead and springs(4) placed on two sides of the concentrated mass and connected with two inner walls of the case.
