An instrument panel embedded type switch structure and an assembling method thereof are provided to reduce the number of assembling processes and parts by installing a button switch using an inner space of an instrument panel. An instrument panel embedded type switch structure includes an instrument panel core(10), a button switch(20), a foaming layer(30), and an outer cover sheet(40). The instrument panel core is installed to protect parts of a front part of the inside of a vehicle, and has a switch hole(12) penetrating a predetermined position. The button switch is coupled at the switch hole of the instrument panel core to move front and back. The foaming layer is attached at an outer side of the instrument panel core at an outer side of the button switch. The outer cover sheet is attached to an outer side of the foaming layer.
