An insulation molding structure is provided to improve a withstand voltage property by insulation-molding with an insulating material at a certain height around the terminal part or by independently assembling a heater to a mold and insulating it with an insulating material. The insulation molding structure includes an insulation molding part(20) having an insulation tube(12) installed on a conducting wire(13) and wrapping a terminal part(11) by an insulating material. The base side of the insulation molding part is on the same line as the bottom side of a ceramic heater(10). Both sides(20b) thereof are on the same line or protruded more than both sides(10b) of the ceramic heater. The front side thereof is protruded more than the front side of the ceramic heater. The upper side thereof is formed at a height higher than a thickness required to a withstand voltage size based on the terminal.
