A slope behavior measurement apparatus equipped with an alarm unit is provided to confirm the behavior state of the slope according to the deformation of the slope on which a measurement unit is installed even in the field. A slope behavior measurement apparatus includes a case(100), a wire winding roll, a displacement sensor, an alarm unit, and a printed circuit board. A communication port is provided on one side of the case. A rotational shaft connecting a wire to the slope behavior measurement apparatus is included in the wire winding roll. The displacement sensor measures the winding and releasing displacement of the wire. The alarm unit outputs an alarm signal. The printed circuit board includes a relay interrupting the supply of a power source applied to the alarm unit and a microcomputer outputting a drive current to the relay if wire displacement data are deviated from a reference value on a preset wire displacement.
