摘要 A thin film transistor using an organic semiconductor material and a manufacturing method of an array substrate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to arrange a low-molecular or high-molecular material in one direction along an electric or magnetic field by applying the electric field or the magnetic field in forming an organic semiconductor layer through a polarity characteristic of the organic semiconductor material. A low-molecular organic semiconductor material is evaporated in a state where a magnetic field or an electric field penetrating the substrate is applied to the substrate. Before the evaporation, a gate electrode(115) is formed on the substrate. A gate insulating layer(118) is formed on the gate electrode. A source electrode(122) and a drain electrode(124) are formed on the gate insulating layer, and are spaced apart from each other with reference to the gate electrode. After the evaporation, a low-molecular organic semiconductor material layer is formed on the entire surface of the substrate, and the low-molecular organic semiconductor material layer is patterned to form a low-molecular organic semiconductor layer(130) contacting the source and drain electrodes and corresponding to the gate electrode.
