PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for switchingly outputting input signals of a plurality of systems such as an audio switcher that relieves a processing load on a control circuit for receiving digital signals different from sampling frequencies and from the presence of compression. SOLUTION: Each of input processing circuits 1-1 to 1-128 includes a control data attaching means for attaching control data used for processing received signals AESI1 to AESI256 to the received signals.
