PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and costs by achieving commonality of circuit boards mounted with LEDs between movements for men and movements for women having different sizes. SOLUTION: A circuit board 22 of a portable timepiece with LEDs is provided with both a first LED mounting position P for movements for men and a second LED mounting position Q for movements for women. A V-shaped groove is, for example, provided between the mounting positions so that the first LED mounting position can be cut off at a location between the first LED mounting position and the second LED mounting position. A protrusion part 50 is, for example, formed and provided with the first LED mounting position at its tip and the second LED mounting position at its base end.
