PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a protection device by lowering a discharge temperature from a compressor even in the case of using a mixed refrigerant of dimethyl ether and carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device 10 using the mixed refrigerant of dimethyl ether and carbon dioxide is equipped with a refrigerating cycle unit having a compressor 11, a condenser 12, an expansion valve 13, and an evaporator 14 connected sequentially, and an internal heat exchanger 40 for heat-exchanging a low pressure side refrigerant on the evaporator 14 side or the outlet side of the evaporator 14, and a high pressure refrigerant on the condenser 12 side or the outlet side of the condenser 12 when the discharge temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 11 is a predetermined temperature or higher.
