PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus housing box easy to assemble without needing the screw-fixing work. SOLUTION: Plates 1 forming the sides of the box body have the same structure. The surrounding sides of the plate 1 are bent at 135°to form strips 10 and further bent at 45°to mounting pieces 11 for mounting an apparatus. Both ends of each strip 10 are used as connecting pieces 12 for mounting a fixing tool 7 for connecting the plates 1 each other. The strips 10 are laid one above the other with a rubber packing inserted between them, and the mutually laid connecting pieces 12 are squeezed by the fixing tool 7 to assemble the box body.
