PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake structure of an internal combustion engine having a supercharging effect and improving combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: The air intake structure of the internal combustion engine is such that an ejector mechanism having a ring-shaped minute space 1d is provided in an intake port 1a providing communication from an intake manifold 2 to a combustion chamber 4 in a cylinder head 1 for ejecting compressed air, which is supplied from the intake manifold 2 through a compressed air supply path 8 and compressed by an electric pump 9, into the intake port 1a.
