PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion device constituted free to shorten wiring to an electric motor to be a noise generating source and to take a comparatively fresh outside air into a cooling fin and free to save a space, to miniaturize and to lighten. SOLUTION: This electric car control device is characteristically furnished with a semiconductor element, the heat radiating fin free to radiate heat generated from the semiconductor element, the electric power conversion device mounted under a floor of a vehicle, constituted of the semiconductor element and the heat radiating fin and free to convert electric power, the electric motor free to drive by alternating electric power converted by the electric power conversion device and a ventilating flue with the radiating fin set on it to take the outside air into the electric motor.
