PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical multiplexor module which is compact and is applicable to a Raman amplifier for exciting four wavelengths or more. SOLUTION: In the optical multiplexor module comprising: a case in which first, second, third, fourth, and fifth input ports 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 for inputting light are arranged on one side of the case, and first and second output ports 6, 7 for outputting the light are arranged on the side opposed to the one side of the case; first, second, third, and fourth wavelength filters 0, 11, 13, 15; and first, second, third, fourth, and fifth mirrors 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and taking out the light obtained by mutiplexing the four different wavelength excitation light and one signal light, and a part of the one signal light from the first and second ports 6, 7 that output the light, and monitoring them, the input and output ports are attached in parallel to each other on one case, and partially reflecting or totally reflecting mirrors and dielectric multi-layer film filters are used together.
