摘要 <p>A nitrogen supplying system for LNG ship cooling test and replacement is provided to stably test intensities of a pipe and a tank of an LNG ship and to remove remaining explosive gas. A nitrogen supplying system for LNG ship cooling test and replacement includes a liquid nitrogen storing unit(10), a liquid nitrogen supply controlling unit(20), a gaseous nitrogen supplying unit(30), a hybrid nitrogen supplying unit(40), and a controlling unit(50). The liquid nitrogen storing unit is supplied with nitrogen of a liquid condition from a tank lorry vehicle, and stores the nitrogen with predetermined pressure and temperature. The liquid nitrogen supply controlling unit is connected with the liquid nitrogen storing unit by a transfer pipe, and measures and controls a volume of liquid nitrogen discharged from the liquid nitrogen storing unit. The gas nitrogen supplying unit is connected with the liquid nitrogen supply controlling unit by the transfer pipe, heats the supplied liquid nitrogen, converts the liquid nitrogen to gaseous nitrogen, and supplies the gaseous nitrogen to a pipe and a tank of a ship. The hybrid nitrogen supplying unit is connected with the gaseous nitrogen storing unit and the liquid nitrogen supply controlling unit by the transfer pipe, and mixes the liquid nitrogen and the gaseous nitrogen, and supplies the mixed nitrogen to the pipe and the tank of the ship. The controlling unit detects pressure, temperature, and flux at a plurality of valves installed at each transfer pipe, and controls the pressure, temperature, and flux of each part by a user.</p>
