PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a player when aiming symbols on reels in a single operation of a stop button in a case where the player is the elderly. SOLUTION: This reel type game machine is provided with the reels 21a-21c starting rotation based on the operation of a start lever 4, an internal lottery means 11-3 drawing an internal lottery when the start lever is operated, a stop button operation detecting means 11-2 detecting the operation of the stop button 5, a rotation stopping device stopping the rotation of the reels 21, a display symbol prediction means 11-4 predicting the display symbols when the rotation stopping device is operated to stop the rotation of the reels 21, and a reel stop control means 11-5 controlling not to receive the operation of the rotation stopping device when the player wins a prescribed game state in the internal lottery but the display symbols predicted by the display symbol prediction means 11-4 are not the winning symbols.
