An apparatus for transferring a fuel tank is provided to move the fuel tank toward the outside of the body by mounting a shaft and a cam to slightly lift the fuel tank and rotating a bolt using an air gun. An apparatus for transferring a fuel tank includes a skirt rail(21), a bracket, a cam, a bolt, and a rubber pad(3). The bracket is installed in the skirt rail. A hole to which a lift shaft and a transfer shaft are mounted is formed in the bracket. The cam is fixed to two sections of the lift shaft. A hole is formed at a portion of the cam to fix the cam to the lift shaft. A hole for fixing the cam is formed in the two sections of the lift shaft. A hole is formed at the upper surface section of the bracket in the section where the cam is mounted and the rubber pad so that the cam can be rotated to lift the fuel tank.
