A large kite flies in the sky under the hand-control of a user on the ground who regulates the flight characteristics by lines which are further attached to a body harness. The lines from the kite arrive at the handles via fittings (5) which esp. are fitted with an emergency release (9) which is activated when the tensile forces exceed a predetermined vale. |
