The motor (1) has a motor housing (2), and a fixing body (5) that is partially made of a heat conducting material. A section of the fixing body is designed for fixing a control device (9) on the outer side of the motor housing. The fixing body is connected with the motor housing at another section of the fixing body. The latter section of the fixing body is connected indirectly with a gear housing for dissipating loss of heat produced by the electric motor and/or the loss of heat produced by the control device via the fixing body to the gear housing.
