PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer optical compensation film and a combined polarizing plate used for improving image quality of a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: In the multilayer optical compensation film, a cycloolefin based resin film, a layer comprising a urethane emulsion and a vertical alignment liquid crystal layer are laminated in this order.
