A functional note book including a mirror is provided to be carried and used easily and to be bought at a lower price than when a user buy an existing note book and a mirror separately. A rear sheet(3) is inserted between a couple of vinyl sheets(2a,2b) and a frame(2) thereof are thermo-compressed to form a cover of a notebook. Plural numbers of name card sheets(4) are adhered to the inside of the cover(2) of the notebook. A hole(202) is formed on the cover of the notebook(2) and a hole(301) is formed on the rear sheet(3). A mirror(5) is inserted into the hole(301) to enable a user to see the mirror(5) through the hole(202). The size of the hole(202) is formed to be smaller than the size of the hole(301) to prevent the mirror(5) from being separated. |
