A clothing dryer is provided to prevent foreign substance from being stacked in the interior of a housing due to introduced external air by installing a filter in a suction hole. A clothing dryer includes a housing(110), a rotary drum(120), and a suction part(150). The suction part includes a rotation member(152), a filter(155), a first suction duct(156), a second suction duct(157), a heater, and a blowing fan(180). The rotation member is disposed on the front side of a housing and a suction hole is formed in the rotation member. The filter is installed on the inner side of the rotation member to filter external air sucked through the suction hole. The first suction duct is disposed at a lower portion of the rotary drum to guide the air filtered through the filter. The second suction duct is bent from the first suction duct to the upper side to be communicated with the rear side of the rotary drum. The heater is installed in the first suction duct to heat the external heat. The blowing fan guides the external air into the interior of the rotary drum through the first suction duct and the second suction duct. |
