An organic TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and an organic light emitting display device with the same are provided to prevent the delamination of a gate electrode, to prevent the damage of a source electrode and a drain electrode, to obtain a high capacitance and to reduce remarkably a parasitic capacitance. Source and drain electrodes(210) are arranged on a substrate(100). A first insulating layer is formed on the resultant structure. The first insulating layer has a first opening capable of exposing opposite portions of the source and drain electrodes. A second insulating layer is formed on the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer has a second opening corresponding to the first opening of the first insulating layer. An organic semiconductor layer(230) is formed in the first and second openings to contact the source and drain electrodes. A gate insulating layer(270) is arranged in the first and second openings to cover the organic semiconductor layer. A gate electrode(250) is formed on the gate insulating layer in the first and second openings.
