Described is a solar panel for recharging automotive batteries by means of a plurality of solar cells mounted on a plastic housing frame and fixed to the inner portion of vehicle's windows or windshields by adhesion or suction, which is characterised in that it comprises a frame arrangement having 39 polycrystalline silicon cells attached by pressure pins to the housing frame, the arrangement including: a voltage regulator useful for both stopping the battery power supply at 14.6 degree 0.2 volts by a voltage limiter, and charging the battery at 14.6 degree 0.2 volts.
