METHOD FOR BILLING OF CALL TRANSFER BETWEEN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINALS

A charging management method in accordance with call transferring between mobile communication terminals is provided to transfer a charging burden to a receiving side according to the receiving side's consent of call transferring with regards to a sending side's request, during a call between terminals, thus charging can be flexibly and efficiently managed. A call is connected with a receiving mobile communication terminal to which a sending mobile communication terminal tries to connect a call(S201-S204). The sending terminal demands call transferring in order to apply a charging burden to the connected receiving terminal(S205). If the receiving terminal accepts the call transferring demand, the call is transferred to apply the charging burden to the receiving side, and if the receiving terminal does not accept the demand, the existing call is maintained and the charging burden is applied to the sending side(S207,S208).
