An exhaust gas cooler (19) is directly connected with a control valve housing (18). The housing is fastened to a fresh air line (4) via console plate. The coolant line connection between the control valve housing and the cooler includes coolant supply and exhaust connections. A securing clip (21), provided on a supporting saddle on a load air line, is located opposite the control valve housing to secure the cooler.
