PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new golf practice stand which can easily be used even though in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The golf practice stand comprises: a variable plate 2 for supporting the load of a golf practicing person 5; a base plate 3 arranged below the variable plate 2; an auxiliary leg 24 freely turnably arranged on the lower surface of the variable plate 2 and provided with a turning shaft on one side of the variable plate 2; an elastic member 23d energized in the direction of separating the distal end of the auxiliary leg 24 from the lower surface side of the variable plate 2; and a plurality of support members 4 of respectively different lengths for supporting the inclined variable plate 2 when the variable plate 2 is inclined so as to be high on one side. At the distal end of the auxiliary leg 24, a rolling member 29 to roll on the upper surface 31 of the base plate 3 by elevating one side of the variable plate 2 is arranged.
