PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container filled with a mulching material, which is capable of easily conveying, installing, removing and housing, and improved in mulching effect. SOLUTION: This container 1 filled with the mulching material is capable of being fabricated only by cutting out a flat raw material and bending it, and further capable of being foldable, equipped with an integral type stopper for preventing its slip or coming-off, and stabilizing the mulching material by its polygonal outer circumferential edge.
