PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating device for cutting, slicing and grating food. SOLUTION: This grating device includes a housing having a peripheral wall part structure cooperated to form a receiver and a base. The housing includes a skirt part, which is extended away from the receiver to hold the housing in a correct position on the support surface located on the lower side, and manually engaged by a user. The grating device includes a blade fitted to the housing.
