<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system which is quick in responsive operability corresponding to complicate shielding conditions based on the attributes of an operator who acquires medical information. <P>SOLUTION: This medical information management system is provided with a data management means for storing and managing the medical information of each patient, original medical information for maintaining the personal information of the patient and converted medical information prepared by converting a portion of the personal information in the original medical information to substitute it with unidentifiable information; an authority information management means for storing an authority management list in which authorized persons and unauthorized persons are classified according to the identification information or attributes of an operator; and a data output means for discriminating the authorized persons from the unauthorized persons by referring to the authority management list from the input identification information or attributes of the operator, and for outputting the original medical information or the converted medical information according to this. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
