PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top cover in which end treatment of a sealant is easily performed. SOLUTION: A terminal locking means 10 for fixing a terminal part 8a of a sealant is provided inside on both end sides of an insertion groove 5a of a body 5 of a cowl top cover to be sealed by the sealant 8 by inserting a lower edge of a front glass 7 in the insertion groove 5a formed in a rear end of the cowl top cover body 5 via the sealant 8. When inserting the sealant 8 in the insertion groove 5a, the positions of both terminals 8a are regulated by fixing both terminal parts 8a of the sealant 8 by the terminal locking means 10, and works in which the sealant 8 is expanded/contracted so that the total length of the precut seal material 8 is within the insertion groove 5a, and the sealant 8 is inserted in the insertion groove 5a can be omitted, and the insertion work of the sealant 8 can be efficiently performed in a short time.
