PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive material having a high refractive index only by a photosensitive composition and a sufficient pencil hardness and a laminate using the photosensitive composition. SOLUTION: The photosensitive material comprises a compound that is represented by a specific structural formula and contains one or more ethylenic unsaturated bonds in the molecule. The photosensitive material comprises the photosensitive material and a photopolymerization initiator (D). The laminate is obtained by laminating the photosensitive material to a substrate.
