<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus, a photographing method, and a program capable of preventing occurrence of "white jump" and "black decay" so as to be capable of obtaining an image intended by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus includes: an exposure adjustment means (31) for adjusting an exposure for photographing an object; a photographing means (22) for photographing the object under a first exposure set by the exposure adjustment means; image storage means (23, 24) for storing an image photographed by the photographing means; an exposure-out detection means (29) for detecting excessive or deficient exposure of the image photographed by the photographing means; a second photographing means (30) for photographing the object under a second exposure smaller than the first exposure in addition to the image photographed under the first exposure when the detection means (29) detects an excessive exposure; a third photographing means (30) for photographing the object under a third exposure greater than the first exposure in addition to the image photographed under the first exposure when the detection means (29) detects a deficient exposure; and the image storage means (23, 24) store furthermore the image photographed by the second photographing means or the image photographed by the third photographing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
