PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter, having linear relationship between an error signal and an output DC voltage, and facilitating the stabilization design of a feedback system, in a DC-DC converter, having the non-linear relationship between a duty ratio and the output DC voltage. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter comprises an error amplification circuit for generating an error signal, obtained by amplifying the error between output and a desired value; an oscillation circuit for generating a triangular wave signal having an amplitude corresponding to the error signal; and a comparison circuit for comparing a reference signal having a prescribed value with the triangular wave signal to turn on and off a switching element.
