PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet training system which retains a toddler on a toilet bowl until waste elimination occurs. SOLUTION: The system includes a decorative form 12 containing a cartoon or a design, and divided into two parts, i.e. a first part 14 attached to an upper surface of a toilet tank 22 so as to protrude upward from the same, and a second part 16 arranged on a front surface of the toilet tank 22 in a manner hanging downward from the same. The entire body of the decorative body 12 is visible when a toilet seat lid 28 is closed. Further a face similar to the second part 16 is attached to a lower surface of the toilet seat lid 28. When the toilet seat lid 28 is raised, visual continuity of a cartoon character is maintained, so that the toddler under training focuses on the decorative form 12 and responds more readily to toilet training instructions.
