PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening apparatus enabling effective greening while reducing construction work. SOLUTION: The greening apparatus has the following structure: water-absorbing raw material 10 is housed in a water-permeable bag part 20; a cover part 30 is set at least part of the outer surface of the water-permeable bag part 20; and greening nutritious material 40 is held at a holding space formed between the water-permeable bag part 20 and the cover part 30.
